Parking and accessibility
We have no parking on site at The Henry Potts but there are several car parks locally, including Watergate Street Car Park opposite the racecourse and Linenhall Car Park just off Nicholas Street.
We are situated in the basement of a Grade II listed building with stepped access, so unfortunately cannot offer step-free access to the pub. There are no disabled facilities on site.

You can sign up to receive our email newsletters, and those from our sister pubs should you desire, HERE. There is no set schedule for them so you'll hear from us a little more often when there's more going on. We will never bombard you and you can opt out at any time.
Free Wifi
Should you feel the need to use it, but try not to do too much work, this is a pub after all.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Bookings
Please book either through the online booking system or feel free to use the phone; sorry, but we can’t accept bookings by email or social media. Our policy is not to book out all tables just in case you don’t book in advance.
Payments
We take debit and credit cards. Contactless and Apple Pay are available. Sorry, but we can’t take Diners cards.
Children and dogs
Well behaved children are welcome in the dining areas of the pub during the day, however, after 7pm we request that all children inside the pub are over 10 years of age. We do not have a children’s menu but smaller portions from the menu are available. We don't have high chairs or baby change facilities and we can't allow prams, due to the small size of the pub.
Please do not bring a dog with you if you are making a booking to dine at the pub. We are dog friendly but we can only accommodate dry, clean, well behaved dogs in the bar area.
NO Smoking
The Henry Potts has a no smoking policy on the entire premises, including our small outside entrance area. This includes the smoking of all tobacco products and the use of e-cigarettes. Thank you for your co-operation.
